We provide business to business services and do not interact with consumers. As a data controller we collect a variety of data in order to deliver our services, and we will manage your personal data transparently, fairly and securely. We may obtain this data through direct interactions with us, or from information provided through client engagements, from applicants, our suppliers and through other situations including those described in this Privacy Policy.

In order to provide our services, we are required to store detailed records of each tissue sample. We are never provided with, or process any information that can link a tissue sample with the individual that provided it.

    • Personal identification details that may reveal race or ethnic origin, gender, and possibly biometric data of private individuals.

    • Personal medical details (e.g. disease details, age, smoking status, tumour details, medical diagnosis and treatment, etc.)

  • Child Data - Although we do not intentionally collect information from individuals under 13 years of age, we may occasionally receive details about children provided to us by our suppliers and clients as part of sample details.

  • Location-based Data - We may process geographical locations through data provided to us by our suppliers or customers.
